The main ingredients of this recipe are fresh horseradish, organic lemon with its peel and honey. A lot has been said of honey and lemon, so before we give you the full recipe, this time we will say a few things about the horseradish.

Horseradish (lat. Armoracia rusticana) is a perennial plant with green leaves, white root and a sharp, hot flavor. It comes from southeastern Europe and western Asia. The root is usually used as food but the young leaves of the plant can also be used for this purpose as they are very tasty.

How to keep the root fresh?

The fresh root can be used over the whole year if it is timely put in wet sand or held in a basement.

If you want to keep the horseradish fresh, mix it with a spoon of sugar and four spoons of lemon juice or vinegar. In a well closed jar, horseradish can stay in the fridge for up to three weeks.

Ingredients:

  • 125 gr horseradish
  • 3 organic lemons
  • 3 spoons of honey

Preparation:

  • Blend 125 grams of horseradish
  • Take three lemons, cut them, remove the seeds, and blend them with the horseradish.
  • Add three spoons of honey and blend everything again.
  • Keep this remedy in a closed jar in the fridge.
  • Take one teaspoon two times a day with meals.
  • Do this for a period of 3 weeks and watch your waist melt.
